ScienceDaily recently highlighted a new meta-analysis from a University of Massachusetts at Amherst team - including RRC’s Dr. Toni Lyn Morelli(!) - that shows the impact of invasive species and a warming climate combined is only slightly greater than the impact of invasives alone. This has important implications for conservation planners everywhere, since this means managing invasive species in the present will make ecosystems more climate resilient!
