KGW8’s Straight Talk show recently featured RRC’s Dr. Ramirez on a live TV segment discussing the impact of climate change on urban trees in Oregon and the greater Pacific Northwest region. Dr. Ramirez is in a team with Dr. Paul Loikith and Dr. Todd Rosenstiel of Portland State University as they all work to understand how different tree species are being affected in different ways in the warmer temperatures of urban environments.
