Bay Nature Magazine highlights RRC's Dr. Constance Millar's paper on Monterey pine!

Bay Nature Magazine recently highlighted a paper by RRC’s Dr. Millar in a recent story, “The Tree That’s Rare, Endangered and Common”. Dr. Millar’s nuanced paper offered a thoughtful perspective: Monterey pines aren’t necessarily non-native in places along California where are being planted and are now spreading … because their historical range has shifted throughout time and may have included the very locations where they are now considered “introduced” and are spreading.
